Groupon

To redeem a Groupon, please click the button below and follow all the steps. Please note, that per the terms of the Groupon, appointments are available between 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm on Tuesdays - Fridays only. Groupons are valid for new clients, who are visiting Refresh Your Soul for the first time only. You must bring a printed or digital Groupon voucher with you to your appointment. 

***Customers with GroupOns who do not give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation will not be rebooked***

CANCELLATION POLICY: All clients must contact Refresh Your Soul at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice prior to your scheduled appointment date will result in the full cost of your scheduled visit. Also, any client arriving later than 15 minutes for their appointment time may be required to reschedule their appointment in order to avoid disrupting the appointment of other clients.

 

SUPPLEMENT REFUNDS:  If supplements purchased need to be returned our policy is: any unopened products can be returned within 14 days. Once product is received, refund will be processed within 7 days. Shipment cost of any return is the purchaser’s responsibility.
