GROUPON APPOINTMENTS are available ONLY from 12:30pm - 3:30pm Tuesdays - Fridays

and 12:30pm - 2:30pm Saturdays

 

Refresh Your Soul requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Full payment will be required for appointments canceled with less than  24 hours notice.

 

***Customers with coupons who do not give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation will be charged for the full service rendered.

 

The collected customer registration data are kept strictly confidential.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All clients must contact Refresh Your Soul at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice prior to your scheduled appointment date will result in the full cost of your scheduled visit. Also, any client arriving later than 15 minutes for their appointment time may be required to reschedule their appointment in order to avoid disrupting the appointment of other clients.

 

SUPPLEMENT REFUNDS:  If supplements purchased need to be returned our policy is: any unopened products can be returned within 14 days. Once product is received, refund will be processed within 7 days. Shipment cost of any return is the purchaser’s responsibility.
